A Film Life
Filmhuis Den Haag had a new identity, and sought short animations to show before movie screenings. Grrr, the agency which designed their identity, worked with the second- and third-year graphic design students at KABK on a design pitch.
I came up with an animation which plays on the letter “F” from the name Filmhuis Den Haag. I created a typographical “screenplay”—based on the idea of life being cinematic, like a reel of film.
In the end, my video was chosen by the client: “Melissa is echt top favoriet. Omdat het leuk, speels en ook wel onverwacht is.”
